We have stepped up precautionary measures at ESCALA Hotel & Suites as the safety of our guests and employees is paramount to us. We take the utmost care to ensure every stay with us is safe, clean and comfortable.
We clean our hotel to ensure safety and comfort for our guests. Our measures include:
- Employees and guests are required to use protective masks in the lobby and elevators (all public areas)
- Infrared thermometers available at front desk to conduct temperature checks of our guests and employees
- Increased availability of hand sanitizer and hand-cleanser products for use by both guests and employees
- We regularly check the operation of these hand sanitizing stations
- Frequent sanitizing and disinfecting of commonly used surfaces, such as countertops doorknobs, lift buttons and panels
- The elevator can be used by a maximum of 2 people at the same time, except for groups and families traveling together
- We strive for contactless check-in and check-out; we provide our guests with the opportunity to fill in the registration form sent prior to your arrival to your email address
- We follow the WHO guidelines and national information websites on daily basis in order to implement the latest preventive measures
Rigorous cleaning and sanitization of all guest rooms:
- We clean and disinfect our guest rooms with special care and adapted protocols
- Our housekeeping staff wears protective equipment
- Frequently touched surfaces, such as telephones, remote controls, handles, faucets, light switches, temperature control panels, safes,…etc. are regularly disinfected during your stay.
- In-room cutlery and utensils are cleaned at a temperature of at least 82 ° C.
- The laundry washes all textiles at a temperature of at least 60 ° C. During washing, the textiles are treated with bactericidal and virucidal disinfectants.
- Ensuring fresh air and adequate ventilation, our staff make the room cleaning next to open window.
- After the check-out of a guest and the full cleaning, we keep the room empty for a longer time before a new arrival.
