Yes, guests can enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access in-room and around the property.

Are there fitness facilities provided?

There is a fitness-wellness center featuring a swimming pool and saunas 100 metres from the property with preferential rates for our guests.

What are the available dining options?

Breakfast is available at The Breakfast Room. The well-equipped kitchen also provides you with the convenience to cook in your apartment. There are several supermarkets close to the hotel and you can easily find good restaurants with Hungarian and international cuisine, cafés, and more in the neighbouring Corvin Promenade. What is the check-in time?

Check-in time is 3.00pm.

What is the check-out time?

Check-out time is 11.00am.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7.00am to 10.30 am on weekdays and from 7.00am to 11.00 am on weekends.

What is the cost of breakfast?

Breakfast is available at EUR 12 per person. Prices exclude prevailing taxes.

What are the type of beds provided?

All Suites are fitted with King Size beds; Twin beds are also available upon request, please leave a note upon reservation or send us an email specifying your bedding preferences. Extra beds are also available.

Are baby cots and extra beds available?

Complimentary baby cots are available, please leave a note upon reservation or send us an email specifying the amount of baby cots needed. One child up to 2 years may also sleep sharing the parent’s bed. Extra beds are available for 30€/night.

Are laundry services provided?

Laundry service is available. You may find the laundry bag and the price list in your wardrobe (subject to additional charges). There is also a washer and a dryer in the room for your convenience (excluding Studio Deluxe suites).

On-site secured garage is available at EUR 20 per night. If You book directly from us it’s only 15 EUR! Please approach the Front Desk for more details.

Are newspapers provided?

Yes, newspapers in English and German are available at the lobby.

Is the property barrier free?

The hotel rooms including public areas, parking and the breakfast room are accessible by wheelchair (barrier-free), but our bathrooms are not equipped with special accessories.

Is airport shuttle service provided?

Shuttle, limousine or taxi service can be arranged pre-arrival or during the stay upon request. It takes only 15-20 minutes by taxi to get to ESCALA Hotel & Suites from Liszt Ferenc International Airport (BUD). Our reception team will be happy to arrange you an airport transfer. The driver will be waiting for you at the airport and take you directly to the hotel or to your selected destination. Location

How do I get to the hotel?

It takes only 15-20 minutes by taxi to get to ESCALA Hotel & Suites from Liszt Ferenc International Airport (BUD). The driver will be waiting for you at the airport and take you directly to the hotel or to your other destination.


With public transportation it takes 20-25 minutes with tickets purchased at the airport information desk. First take a bus (bus number 100E) and get off at the first stop where you will find the metro station (Kálvin tér). Here you have to take the metro until Corvin-negyed-station. The hotel is located 5 minutes’ walk from the station (towards the Corvin-mall and pedestrian street).


We are located in the new Corvin-negyed area which is the fastest developing district in Budapest. It is very easy to reach our hotel as we are located close (only 5 minutes walking) to the stations of Metro line M3 (either Corvin-negyed or Klinikák; Hotel is located between the two stations). The Grand Boulevard is also 5 minutes by foot where trams nr.4 & 6 are running 24/7.

Are there any recommended attractions in Budapest?

Budapest is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Some of the attractions include Andrássy Avenue with the Opera House (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Heroes’ Square (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Buda Castle District (UNESCO World Heritage Site), River Danube and more. What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each residence type?

For Studio Deluxe, the maximum occupancy is 2.


For One-Bedroom Deluxe Suites, the maximum occupancy is 3.


For Two-Bedroom Executive Suites, the maximum occupancy is 5.


For Three-Bedroom Penthouse Suites, the maximum occupancy is 7.

Are pets allowed?

ESCALA Hotel & Suites is a pet-friendly property. However, do note there is a limit on the size and number of pets allowed. Upon reservation please kindly include a note specifying the size and number of pets you would like to accommodate. Accommodation of pets are subject to pet fee (due to extra cleaning and maintenance after departure).
